Frontier has a Project Management Methodology that is based on the Project Management Institute's (PMI) PMBOK (Project Management Book of Knowledge), which is considered the foundation for modern project management. Frontier's methodology combines PMI's PMBOK and incorporates our own Project Management expertise into a methodology that has proven success.

Frontier follows a formal Software Development Lifecycle Methodology that has been proven over and over through the successful delivery of development projects on time, on budget, and within scope. Frontier uses an iterative and evolutionary development method.

The quality of our services is monitored on a regular basis using Frontier's established Quality Review/Assurance Plan. Frontier believes that quality assurance begins during the planning process for a project and continues beyond the implementation.
