Q: What is my timesheet schedule?
A: At the time of your job assignment you will be explained
when it is you must report your timesheets such as weekly
or semi-monthly. Weekly employees must submit their timesheets
approved by their supervisor every Monday before noon for
the previous week. semimonthly employees must submit their
timesheets approved by their supervisor on the 15th and on
months end. Just as a reminder if anyone fails to submit his
or her timesheet on time, his or her direct deposit may not
be posted as scheduled. Please review the Timesheet

Q: How do I get to Frontier?
A: For directions to Frontier from
Hobby Airport: Take I-45N. Take the US-59 South exit
towards Victoria. Merge onto US-59 S. Exit Beltway 8 (Toll
road) Frontage Road, after Bissonnet Street.
Stay on feeder and make a U-Turn under US-59 and Beltway
8.
For directions from Intercontinental Airport: Take Beltway 8 and
merge onto Beltway 8 E. Go onto Beltway 8/N Sam Houston
Pkwy E. Take the US-59 Frontage Road exit. Stay on the feeder road, make a left
at the intersection of Frontage Road and US-59 North feeder.
For directions from downtown Houston:
Take US-59 S. Exit Beltway 8 (Toll road) Frontage Road, after
Bissonnet Street. Stay on feeder and make a U-Turn under
US-59 and Beltway 8.

Q: What are Frontier's policies on expenses?
A: All expenses should have prior approvals. Only prior
approved expenses will be reimbursed. Employees are responsible
for maintaining and faxing expense forms and receipts on weekly
bases. All the approved expenses accumulated must be submitted
on Monday for the previous week ending Sunday. For the expense
form go to the download page.
Q: What are Frontier's policies on payroll?
A: Payroll for period ending 15th will be posted on
the 22nd and pay period ending 30th/31st will be posted on
the 7th as long as the employees timesheets approved by the
supervisor and expense reports are submitted on time. Please
review the Timesheet
and Payroll Policies for more information.
Q: Does Frontier have direct deposit for its employees?
A: Yes, in order to make this possible we must get
the direct deposit authorization form fully completed from
everyone and faxed to our office. Please refer to the download
page for the direct deposit form.
Q: If my current H-1B is expiring,
when should I contact Frontier about the extension?
A: Although Frontier keeps track of all these dates employees
should still call at least two months prior to its expiration
dates.
Q: When does Frontier's medical insurance
get effective?
A: Coverage is effective on the 1st day of the month
coinciding with or next following the 30 days of date of hire.
