Frontier offers clients the option of evaluating personnel for permanent staff positions. With a competitive contract-to-hire program, we allow our clients to utilize the chosen resource as a contractor until they decide to convert the contractor to a permanent staff member while reducing the placement fee.

This is accomplished through a diminishing fee schedule, which is based on the duration of the contract prior to the establishment of a permanent placement.
