Compensation
|

Frontier provides competitive
compensation in recognition of employee skills and performance.

Performance evaluations
are conducted once a year.

Pay is delivered semi-monthly and first paycheck is
offset one pay period.

Overtime Pay
|
|
Employees are paid base
pay plus billable overtime. Overtime is calculated at
the same rate as base pay.

Paid Holidays
|
|
To show our appreciation
for your hard work and loyalty, Frontier provide Holiday
Pay to all Full-time regular employees. Eligible employees
will receive Holiday Pay equal to eight hours at their
rate of pay.
Holiday Pay is offered for:
New Year's Day
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Day

In addition to above
paid Holidays, Frontier offers 2 Floating Holidays (Floating
Holidays must be taken in conjunction with client location).

Paid Vacation/Sick Time
|
|
To help balance life
and work obligations, Frontier provides paid vacation
that may be used for any combination of vacation days,
sick time, client holidays and/or personal business.
|
|
Regular full-time employees earn vacation of 1 week
per year beginning the 1st year after hire date. Following
five consecutive years of service, employees earn vacation
of 2 weeks per year. Carryover is allowed for 6 months
and any remaining balance is paid at employee current
rate of pay.

401(k) Plan
|
|
Frontier 401(k) Plan has been adopted to provide you
with the opportunity to save for retirement on a tax-deferred
basis.
|
|
Provided you are not an Excluded Employee
(union, leased, or certain nonresident aliens), you
are eligible to participate in the Frontier 401(k) Plan
once you have attained age 21. Enrollments in the Plan
occur on Jan 1, April 1, July 1, and Oct 1.
|
|
You may contribute up to $14,000 of your
total salary on a before-tax basis (2005 IRS limit).
If you are 50 years or older you may make an additional
contribution of $4,000.00. You may change the amount
you save the first day January 1, April 1, July 1, and
Oct. 1. You may stop contributions any payroll but you
cannot start contributing again until next quarterly
enrollment.

You will be eligible for Employer Safe
Harbor Contributions once you have completed one year
of service. The formula for this match for 2005 is 100%
up to 3% of pay plus 50% of the next 2% of pay.
|
|
Your Salary Deferral contributions and
Employer Safe Harbor contributions are 100% yours. Any
other (profit sharing, etc.) Employer contributions
will vest according to the years of service.
|

Insurance Benefits
|
|
At Frontier, your health and well-being matters to
us. Frontier offers a comprehensive medical/health plan
through Aetna Health Insurance Company. Frontier pays
100% of the premiums for regular full-time employees.
The plan offered is a HMO/POS with a $ 15 co-pay. Prescription
Drug Card is included in the medical coverage. Employees
pay $ 10.00 for each generic and $ 15.00 for each name
brand prescription drug.

Dental Care is provided by Aetna Health Insurance
and all premiums are paid by Frontier to the qualified
employees. There is a $ 50 per Calendar year deductible
per person or $ 100 per family. Charges paid as follow
after satisfying deductible: Preventive 100%, Basic
80%, Major 50%, and Orthodontic 50%.

All Frontier regular full-time
employees receive Life Insurance of $ 15,000.

Referral Bonus
|
|
Frontier invites both
employees and as well as outside individuals to participate
in our Referral Bonus Program. In our ongoing quest
to hire THE BEST, we will pay referral fee of up to
$ 1,000, for anyone hired on their recommendation. The
amount is paid in three installments after referred
employee has completed 30-90-180 days of Frontier employment.
